Frankenstein (Book & Film)

In the film adaptation, Bride of Frankenstein, Frankenstein was shown as the effect of playing “God”. Frankenstein was given monster-like characteristics. He was super strong but has very underdeveloped speech patterns and actions in other words, he wasn’t very intelligent. This is also the case for the book. Henry Frankenstein was the one who supposedly played “God” by trying to create a living human being using remains of the dead. Yes, it was very impressive and scientific but it was not moral at all. We should never do experiments on living things especially human because it’s just not right and moral.
In the film adaptation, the monster could not carry a decent conversation. I think that he was made dumb to show the negative effects of doing such an immoral thing. I found it very effective and I hope that others did too so that they wouldn’t try or even think of doing such immoral experiments
